We’re a small, family-run business rooted in South Langley. We share a love for food, sustainability, and bringing people together. That love grew into a passion for growing microgreens—a tiny but mighty way to add fresh flavour, vibrant nutrition, and intentional living to every plate.

Our growing philosophy is simple: growth should be intentional, efficient, and always evolving. Every tray we harvest reflects our dedication to quality, care, and curiosity.

  • Microgreens are young vegetable greens packed with flavor and nutrients. They contain up to 40 times more vitamins and antioxidants than their mature counterparts, making them a simple way to boost your meals with extra nutrition and freshness. Plus, they taste amazing!

  • Keep your microgreens in the fridge in their original container. They like it cool and dry, so avoid excess moisture. If they start to look a little wilted, a quick rinse and gentle pat dry can perk them up.

  • Yes, we recommend giving them a quick rinse with cool water before use. While we grow them in a clean, controlled environment, a gentle rinse is recommended.

  • If stored properly in the fridge, they usually stay fresh for about a week, sometimes longer. But honestly, they’re best enjoyed fresh—so eat up!

  • Microgreens are super versatile! Toss them on salads, sandwiches, and wraps, mix them into smoothies, or use them as a fresh topping for soups, eggs, and avocado toast. Get creative—there's no wrong way to enjoy them!
